Shoal Group recognised as a Skilled Workplace in Mental Health First Aid

Shoal Group Pty Ltd is proud to announce its successful recognition as a Skilled Workplace under the Mental Health First Aid® Workplace Recognition Program. This achievement reflects Shoal’s ongoing commitment to fostering a psychologically safe and supportive environment for all staff.

Shoal has almost 20% of staff formally trained and accredited in Mental Health First Aid, well above the Program requirement. With leadership commitment and a health and wellbeing strategy that complements a workplace health and safety program, we’re proud to have a cohort of Mental Health First Aiders who are accessible across the workforce.
