Glenn Rypp is Program Director – Complex Systems Engineering & PMO Manager at Shoal Group. He leads a team that applies Systems Engineering processes and tools to assess, understand and resolve complexity and risk in client projects, ranging from concept, to architecture, through to design.

Glenn has proven experience through successfully leading multiple programs and projects across numerous domains from operational concepts to acquisition followed by sustainment and retirement. Glenn has a bachelor’s degree with honours in Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering and a Master of Applied Project Management. He is Certified as a Practicing Senior Project Manager and in Managing Successful Programs (MSP) as well as a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng).
