Matthew is Head of Engineering leading our team to solve complex design, reliability, integration, safety and risk issues. An experienced, principal systems engineer, he has a wide range of systems engineering and project experience and has managed large scale, systems engineering projects across all phases of the system lifecycle. He has experience in the defence, space, health, automotive and electronics sectors. Matthew mentors and guides our team in the application and management of systems engineering approaches, including Model-Based Systems Engineering tools and methods, and supports the management of stakeholder relations to deliver client outcomes. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechatronics) and a Master of Business Administration, is an INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) and Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng).
