Shoal appoints Harriet Slack as Director – Business Development
Shoal Group today announced the appointment of Harriet Slack as Director – Business Development, based in Melbourne.
Harriet is a Chartered Engineer with extensive Defence industry experience and a proven ability to convert complex technical capabilities into commercial opportunities. Most recently, she served as a director at international Defence engineering consultancy, Frazer-Nash, where she led business development, engagement strategies and major tenders for Commonwealth programs.
Her expertise includes competitive tendering, technology scoping, independent assurance and supporting senior decision-makers. She has worked extensively with Defence, regulators and prime contractors on complex projects.

Harriet’s career includes roles in sovereign capability development, complex infrastructure and systems projects, UK Ministry of Defence and international policy. At Shoal, she will focus on growth, partnerships, strategic programs and strengthening business capabilities to support expansion in key markets.
