Conference paper: Developing a joint analytical framework for MODSIM-based decision support

This paper discusses how systems thinking was applied in the development of the Joint Analytical Framework (JAF) that enabled a robust and structured approach to underpin a sovereign decision support capability. The use of the framework has resulted in improved consistency in the repeatability of studies and improved ease of collaboration with international partners. This is attributed to a clearly defined structure and process that allows the partners to share a common language.
