Shoal Group introduces new leadership structure to position for further growth

We are delighted to advise that Shoal Group has transformed once again. Shoal was founded in 2001, as Aerospace Concepts. Through many years of effort and a series of transformational activities, we have grown considerably. Today, we have offices in Adelaide, Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney and New York, and are a team of forty something and growing.

With a focus on the future and consideration of succession, we have transitioned some key team members into new roles. Our company founder, Shaun Wilson, will now focus on his passion, business growth through finding new applications for systems thinking. Shaun will transition to a governance role with daily responsibilities as Head of Business Development. Michael Waite has been appointed to Chief Executive Officer, having held the position of Chief Operating Officer for over five years.

Significant ongoing investment in our people and culture has created a team capable of tackling some of the country’s most complex projects, particularly in the defence and transportation sectors. This team capability has, in turn, seen us grow in size and scope of services offered to our clients.
