But what does this mean on a daily basis? What does a Shoal team member (Shoaler) do in a day’s work?
When we speak with potential candidates – especially those earlier on in their careers – they want to learn more about daily life at Shoal. Things like:

Meet Matt
Matt is a Modelling & Simulation Engineer at Shoal. He has experience in software development, physics-based analysis, statistical analysis, and operational analysis, across industries including the aerospace and radar modelling groups at Shoal. He graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) (Mechanical) with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Mathematical and Computer Sciences (Major in Applied Maths).
