2023 Graduate Program

Applications are now open for Shoal’s 2023 Graduate Program. We’re not just another program, Shoal is on the look out for curious engineering, computer science, physics and maths graduates who are after a tailored journey.

• Sarah – I really enjoy the process of researching and I find complex systems interesting to analyse. The opportunities provided by Shoal in developing skills and being able to participate in a large variety of different industries, where my love of research would be utilised was the perfect incentive to join the team here.
• Henry – I had met Shoalers at various industry events and was always impressed with how approachable they were. The opportunity to work on interesting projects that aligned with my interest in space and do it with a great group of people was too good an experience to miss.
• Sami – I love space and defence data as it’s so complex, but no other engineering firm could offer me the same commitment Shoal has to the environment. 
• Amir – The first thing that attracted me to Shoal was its broad area of focus namely Defence, Space, Infrastructure and Transport, and knowing that I would get to develop my engineering skills in all of these fascinating fields. Besides that, I quickly found myself gravitated towards the culture within the company and its inclusive atmosphere, and the enthusiastic and bright people that make up Shoal.
• Meaghan – I first met some Shoalers at the Aerospace Futures conference and was instantly drawn to how sociable, creative and enthusiastic they all were. After learning what Shoal does within the Space Industry in Australia I was totally hooked. I am looking forward to learning how to be a systems engineer and bringing those skills to Australian companies.
