The International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE), the major global body on Systems Engineering matters, today published the distribution by organisation of certified Systems Engineering professionals.
Shoal is proud to be recognised as the leading employer of INCOSE-certified Systems Engineering professionals in Australia with more than 20% (22 of 101) of those in the country. Shoal is placed 22nd in the world and ranks among giants of industry such as Northrop Grumman, Airbus, Saab and Boeing.
Shoal is proud to invest in helping our people to strive for their full potential through our ‘E3’ development model which involves a tailored combination of formal Education (such as sponsorship of master’s degrees, attendance at short courses and workshops), Exposure to coaching and mentoring, and the crafting of on-the-job Experiences to broaden professional perspectives. One of our longer-running initiatives is supporting professional development goals aligned to INCOSE’s three certifications levels (ASEP, CSEP and ESEP).
