When we speak with potential candidates – especially those earlier on in their careers – they want to learn more about daily life at Shoal. Things like:

Meet Kristen
Kristen is a Graduate Systems Engineer. She has a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Honours) and a Bachelor of Mathematics, and joined Shoal as a ShoalGrad. Kristen is Shoal’s Environment Officer and leads the team responsible for continuing Shoal’s Carbon Neutral journey and driving environmental and sustainability initiatives throughout the company.
